I thought Steven Ching's candidacy was on hold until his legal issues were sorted?

I'm just going off the list I found on the Labour Party Website.
I actually doubt Stephen Ching will be an MP - the Greens are certain to be over 5% and the other minor parties will have higher % on polling day as they get more.
