Us girls need to hear about gross birth stories so any time our hormones kick in and we go 'oh cute baby. I want one.' We're knocked to our senses again.
Baby is cute. C-section babies generally are as they haven't had their head squeezed through the birth canal.

He's so cute and lovable I would have willingly squeezed him out/had my stomach cut open to have him.
