On Bail

It disturbs me that Tony Takiari is out on bail, as he has admitted to raping a disabled girl to fill in the time it took his takeaways to be cooked.

Takiari is going to jail - I can't see how a rapist will get a community sentence - so why leave him in the community until he his sentenced in March?
