What is there to be afraid of?
David Bain is to be retried - if anyone thinks he is innocent, then they should welcome this. It's the last chance for Bain to prove his innocence. It's also another chance for the Police to prove they had a competent investigation to the murders back in 1994.

David Bain is guilty. He will be found to be so at his retrial, and all the silly little sheep who've fallen for Joe Karam's PR nonsense will realise exactly what you have pointed out - juries decide guilt or innocence, not the media, or the mob.
