One down, how many more?

Does this mean that the Ministry of Social Development are going to read the court pages of every newspaper and cancel the benefits of Sickness and Invalids Beneficiaries that are well enough to commit crimes?

(I could of hyperlinked every word to a article where the person convicted was a described as a sickness or invalids beneficiary, but got bored.)
