Phil Goff learns nothing from Helen's downfall

Remember in 2005, the $800,000 spent on the pledge card and other campaigning material? After the lashing Helen Clark and the Labour Party got then, you would think that Labour would know not a produce glossy brouchures and then campaign with them. After all, it was from that moment on that Labour lost connection with it's own voters.

But what's this that was being handed out at Wellington Railway Station yesterday morning, complete with the Parliamentary Crest indicating that it was paid for with taxpayer money?
